House of Berry makes the best matcha powder in New Zealand! I've tried lots of other brands, and nothing compares. It’s very green, vibrant, smooth, and has a great strong flavour. A little goes a long way, so each packet lasts ages (compared to other brands where I have to use spoonfuls at a time). I have this matcha every day and love making it with different fun syrups, it’s super easy, and it's honestly yummier than buying one from a café! This is already my 2nd bag and I’m obsessed 😍

matcha has a strong umami taste, while also not being really bitter at all. the green colour also looks incredibly vibrant, and the matcha itself whisks up a very creamy microfoam! highly recommend
